Everything Disc Golf Color and Weight Policies
At Everything Disc Golf, we work very hard to offer the largest selection of disc golf products available anywhere. Part of our committment to you, our customer, is to maintain accurate inventory on this web site, so that you only see products that we have in stock and ready to ship.
Every disc in our inventory is received into our warehouse, classified by color range and weight range and bar-code labeled with this information. We send information on every product in stock at our facility to this web site every day (usually several times a day). As a result, you only are presented with color/weight combinations for discs (and other options for non-discs) that are in stock. For example, if you are looking for an Innova Wraith STAR disc and see the option “170 – 172 Bright”, this tells you that we currently have at least one (probably more) Wraith STAR disc in stock that weighs 170g to 172g in one of the colors we have identified as being bright (below).
Our years of experience have taught us that customers are generally more concerned with the weight of a disc, than its color. By maintaining our inventory to the exact degree we do, occasionally issues arise where we no longer have the exact color/weight combination in stock when filling your order. In these instances, we will send a different color range in the same weight without contacting you. If this is not acceptable, then please add a note to your order indicating how you would like any exceptions handled. If we no longer have the weight class you ordered in stock in any color, then we will contact you first via e-mail, then by phone to determine how you would like to proceed. So, please provide accurate e-mail and daytime phone information on your order
